COLCOB represents collections, portfolio-recovery and BPO companies, financial entities and specialized providers. The website centralizes its institutional proposition, member benefits, events, training and industry news.

The challenge

Organize extensive institutional information, specialized content, events and member resources without losing clarity across audiences and devices.

Approach and solution

I structured a responsive experience with work areas, benefits, an event archive, training and an editorial ecosystem including news, press and podcasts, supported by clear participation and contact paths.
